Hajji Mullah Abdul Ghani Beradar Akhund, the deputy PM for economic affairs, traveled to Nangarhar and visited several projects associated with the Nangarhar Canal. He also visited date orchards, olive factories, and woodwork factories, and offered advice to the authorities on how to make improvements.

Hajji Mullah Abdul Ghani Beradar Akhund praised the efforts of the officials for the initiatives created and referred to the Nangarhar Canal as a national and important project.
