Key Points Discussed in the Economic Commission’s Meeting

In the regular meeting of the Economic Commission, chaired by Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, held at the Marmarin Palace, several topics were discussed as per the agenda. The meeting reviewed the report of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s delegation to the United Arab Emirates regarding the DP World terms of agreement, the report of the designated delegation of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat on the CASA-1000 project, the report of the Railway Directorate of the Ministry of Public Works on the Afghan-Trans project, the report of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat on the Managi Dam project, and a proposal for the electronic issuance of driving permits and licenses, along with other economic issues.
Following extensive discussions, the report of the Railway Directorate regarding the Afghan-Trans project was approved, and relevant ministries and departments were instructed to take necessary actions. 
Appropriate decisions were also made on the other matters after detailed deliberations. The meeting concluded with prayers for success and prosperity.
