The regular meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee was held on July 15, 2025 at the Marmarin Palace. In accordance with the agenda, proposals for the construction of a commercial market on the land of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock in Laghman province, and for the establishment of a commercial complex at the Islam Qala port in Herat province were presented. Following a comprehensive assessment, the mentioned proposals were deemed approvable by the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee.

Additionally, proposals for the construction of a commercial and residential market in Kabul city and for the development of a strategic framework for national economic growth were presented for discussion. Committees were assigned to conduct in-depth evaluations of these proposals and to submit their reports to the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee within the designated timeframe.
