Participants underscored the importance of meticulous planning by all sectoral ministries and agencies to facilitate project execution and meet essential needs, thereby fostering swift and seamless coordination. Additionally, there was a call for the implementation of established procedures endorsed by the cabinet, with an emphasis on soliciting input from relevant ministries and agencies to refine these protocols. As a conclusive step, it was agreed to consolidate these insights for submission to the High Commission for Disaster Management of Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Office, enabling dissemination to the commission's leadership for further action.
