Today, First Deputy Prime Minister Mullah Abdul Ghani Beradar Akhund met with Sultan Masood Daqiq, an Afghan expert on humanitarian and development projects, in his office. Prior to this, he implemented major development projects for Germany and the European Union in Africa, and many middle-east countries.

"I am happy to see that after decades of war, security is improved in the country, and Afghanistan is in the hand of its’ real owners." he said. He further added that under previous governments, no one was willing to work in Afghanistan. Mr. Daqiq said, at that time, corruption was rampant in Afghanistan and everything had turned out to be a sham.
