The Economic Commission, led by Mullah Abdul Ghani Beradar Akhund, First Deputy Prime Minister, has formed a joint committee comprised of representatives from the Ministries of Finance, Urban Development, Economy, Agriculture and Kabul Municipality to complete the process of transferring the Land Department from the Ministry of Urban Development to the Ministry of Agriculture. By special order of the Amir al-mu'minin, Sheikh Hibatullah Akhundzada, the Department of Lands was transferred from the Ministry of Urban Development to the Ministry of Agriculture.
