He emphasized the increasing causes of migration internationally and the violation of refugees' basic rights, international laws, and human principles. He criticized recent decisions by neighboring countries against Afghans, stating they are inconsistent with Islam, justice, neighborliness, and humanity. Honorable Mullah Baradar Akhund added during his speech that the perpetrators failed to achieve the intended goals and referred to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's successful management of returning refugees, ensuring their necessary facilities for a good life. He expressed gratitude to all Afghans, national businessmen, charitable institutions, and international organizations for supporting the Islamic Emirate during this crisis. He urged continued assistance to refugees in the future. Mullah Baradar Akhund expressed regret for the United Nations and the international community's two-faced attitude, emphasizing superficial gatherings about Afghan refugees and the plight of more than 18,000 innocent people, including women and children, in Gaza. He called on the UN and the international community to recognize and respect the rights of refugees, fulfilling their human responsibilities and addressing the crisis in Gaza. In conclusion, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund encouraged Afghan refugees abroad to return, highlighting the security and improved quality of life in their home country.
