Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee Holds Its Regular Meeting

The regular meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee was held on December 30, 2025, at the Marmarin Palace. During the meeting, a proposal for the construction of a commercial market on municipality land in Qarabagh District of Kabul Province was presented for discussion.

Following deliberations, the designated committee was tasked with converting the structure of the proposal from a public–private partnership to an alternative Sharia-compliant contract, revising its financial model based on the new Sharia contract, and submitting its report to the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee within the specified timeframe.

Additionally, the meeting also discussed the submission of a standardized plan regarding the Chaman-e-Hozori.
