The regular meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee was held on October 28, 2025 at the Marmarin Palace. During the meeting, proposals for the construction of an underground commercial market and a commercial sports complex in Kabul City, as well as the establishment of a commercial market in Balkh Province, were presented for discussion.

Following a detailed discussion, the mentioned proposals were referred to the relevant ministries and institutions, with instructions to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the projects and submit their reports to the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee within the specified timeframe.
