Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, held a meeting on May 16, with the scholars of Burka district in Baghlan Province.  During his visit, the scholars expressed their gratitude to the Islamic Emirate for the timely deployment of rescue teams and emergency aid to the disaster-affected areas. They also discussed various local issues and requests with the Deputy Prime Minister, who assured them that these concerns would be addressed. Deputy Prime Minister Mullah Baradar Akhund emphasized that the distribution of aid is ongoing across all affected regions. To date, thousands of citizens have received assistance, including food, medicine, clothing, and cash. He reaffirmed the Islamic Emirate's commitment to continuing aid distribution efforts to support those in need.
