Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund Meets with the President of ACBAR Organization

The Deputy PM for Economic Affairs, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, met today, August 18, 2025, in his office with Namik Heydarov, President of ACBAR Organization. The meeting focused on increasing development projects in Afghanistan.

Deputy PM Mullah Baradar Akhund praised the activities of ACBAR Organization in Afghanistan and urged its officials to pay particular attention to expanding and effectively implementing development projects in coordination with the Islamic Emirate’s institutions. He further stated that since the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate, progress has been achieved in various fields in Afghanistan, and international aid organizations should cooperate in the country’s reconstruction.

Subsequently, the President of ACBAR Organization, Namik Heydarov, spoke. He said that with the re-establishment of nationwide security in Afghanistan, favorable conditions have been created for development initiatives. He added that his organization will strive to take advantage of this opportunity to attract international assistance for the implementation of development projects in Afghanistan and to execute them effectively in coordination with the Islamic Emirate’s institutions and relevant agencies.

In conclusion, Deputy PM Mullah Baradar Akhund assured full cooperation and support from his side.
